My solution to the over stressed student is to
construct a "break room". I do not really have a formal name, but
break room sounds cool enough. I feel a student will enjoy a space where they
can release some tension and stress from studying. It does not have to be for
study endued stresses, but from everyday life troubles. This is a creative way
to just let it out and feel better. Holding in tempers and stress has a negative
effect on the body and mind.
